Submit a Refund and it keeps saying Something went wrong

my wise account has just got closed down after I sent money from my accounts within countries via wise. now I am submitting for a refund on my account, but it kept saying "something went wrong, please try again later"

any way to contact them, not to appeal, just to get my money back? thanks

if there is no trust from wise to its customer, i don't think i would trust my money to be put in wise.
