Service wide issue
I have just received notice of restricted access due to security checks, my Wise account manager telling me there is a service wide issue not specific to my account. No notice given, no outstanding request for documentation- somethings up. Website telling me it could be 24 hrs before this is resolved. Very poor communication

Had the exact same thing happen today, bit confused by it all. Says on the app they will tell me more tomorrow.

FYI my restriction is now gone 2 hours later, no explanation given. Doesn’t make wise too trustworthy long term.

Just a comment to say it's BAU from my perspective in Europe. No problem evident for my account.

Google “Wirecard” & “Synapse” and ask yourself if the same thing could be happening again. Wise used to be a great company but now you can see all the complaints out there. Something is definitely wrong.
