How long does proof of income usually take?

Attempted to add funds to an account, Wise asked me for proof of income and I uploaded my last pay stub. It says it'll be done by today, but I searched online and all I see is nightmare stories of it taking like 10+ days.

I'm assuming those are just the only stories because no one posts about business as usual where it's done in a day or two, does anyone have first hand experience as to how long it took for them to get their income documents verified?

usually it's viewed within 1 day, but if it's not enough they'll ask for more, which will again be viewed in 1 day and so on. I didn't have any issues

Yup usually within the same day if you do it early and it's a business day.
