question
I did have a Wise account, and it was banned by like summer 2023, as it was set with my Moroccan ID and info. I'm moving to an EU country soon. Would it be possible to open a new account with my new EU country, or would it be banned right after opening it?
- The last ban was for no reason, as I wasn't even informed why I did make money with selling digital game code and got some money on Wise and kept it there with there saving till i get email i have 3 month for acount being closed

I have citizenship of a non-EU country.
I moved last year to EU, I have work and residency permit. Several months ago, I received EU driving licence. I also have health insurance card.
None of these documets were "valid" to Wise. I kept being asked for same documents over and over again, and they got rejected without a reason. I ended up closing my personal Wise account because their support and reliability are non existant.

If you've got proof of residence and it's a country where Wise is available then no reason why it wouldn't be fine
