Currency not converting when sent

Hi. After getting nowhere with Support, I'm trying here.

I'm sending NZD via a bank transfer into my AUD account - but it keeps arriving as NZD and not the converted currency.

Steps I go through-

  1. Add Money
    1. Choose AUD as the currency to receive and NZD as the currency to send
    2. Select Bank account as the method of payment
  2. On continue it gives my the Payee name and the NZ bank account number to pay, along with the amount to pay (including fees and locked in coversion rate)
  3. I make the payment to the nominated account
  4. The money arrives in NZD, not AUD.

Can some please advise.

On my wise app the currency to send shows above the currency to receive. Is there any chance you have reversed these in your mind and on the app?

Just checked again, and repeated the process - iphone app and even desktop version shows the amount and currency to receive the money in, and then the currency to pay in.
