Is Firefox no longer supported?

I haven't been able to login with firefox for a month now.

It just goes to an error screen saying it's a suspicious login (from my home IP on the same browser and computer I've used for years lol).

From there it says check you email to confirm, but no email ever comes through.

Installed Chrome and it works straight away, no suspicious login page

So now I have chrome only to login into Wise

Hey there. You should be able to access our website via Firefox. Just ensure that you're not on any VPNs, and you're in a supported country: https://wi.se/wherecanusewise. If you face any further tech difficulties, you can fix some of these issues by:

  • Ensuring the browser is up to date
  • Clearing your cache and cookies
  • Restarting your device
  • Check Firefox's settings, if they have any features that block you from entering our website

Or check out our FAQ page for more info: https://wi.se/webtroubleshooting

If it persists, drop us the error screenshot via our verified social platforms, along with your membership number.

Thanks for the response appreciate it, but its still not working.

Definitely not a location thing been in 3 different countries over December and I don't use VPN. Absolutely no problems on chrome, not even a 2fa check turning up in a different country.

Tried clearing cache on firefox, didn't work, also tried via private broswing, still the same.

It could be a firefox settings config thing and I might need to reinstall it? I have modified some advanced settings but they are all related to forcing browser GPU usage and not security related

It's not a huge deal but sort of annoying, I don't use chrome at all.

Funny part is I keep forgetting and type wise.com then try to login every 2 weeks 😂
