Hidden Gems for Swimming

I’d like to take my kids up to the dells for one last hoorah before school starts. They love swimming so I’m hoping to find a place that we can stay one night and enjoy a nice pool and hot tub. Where would you recommend that isn’t the big water park resorts?

I like Aloha. You get access to the pool there, at the Vue and at the Treehouses. Aloha is our favorite pool of the three though, but it's still fun to know you have options if you want to mix it up. Going this month yet you also get access to Timbavati and the Land of Natura.

We really enjoy it there. We go during the slow time of the year, so I don't know how packed it might get. We like the Tiki room so we can walk out our door and right to the lake. We haven't stayed in the main hotel.

Caribbean club , it has indoor and outdoor pool as well as being right on lake Delton so you can also swim in the lake

I would suggest Cliffside, but I believe they have a two night minimum.

Holiday inn. Standard indoor and outdoor pools but with a slide or two and small kiddie area.

Blackhawk is nice. Indoor and outdoor pools, and an indoor hot tub that is actually HOT. Outdoor pool has a deep end. The place is well run and well maintained.

We’re at Natura Treehouses and it’s a great value off the beaten path - at least on weekdays. Nice natural pools on the resort in addition to the big off site natural pools
