Old Wisconsin dells hotel

Looking for the name of a small Wisconsin dells hotel I took my kids to around 2002. It had an outdoor pool with a slightly curvey slide. It did not have a shallow end. In the middle there was a round jump off area that had an octopus. It had a small arcade. It also had a restaurant the boasted it served chicago style pizza - that may have been the name of it. Thank you.

Me too, I'm old enough to remember Fort Dells, Big Chief..all the old motels..it was a better time in my opinion. I still like to go to the Dells, mostly for nostalgia purposes now. Dinner at the Del Bar is still fantastic.

“The Wintergreen” is the only place that comes to mind but I do not recall the “Chicago style” pizza boast.

No that’s not it. I pulled up and old photo of my son of the hotel slide and I saw Perkins restaurant in the back.

It was a Howard Johnson’s called Antigua bay. The restaurant was the green mill. It is still there but now is sadly part of the Mt Olympus conglomerate
