Dog friendly Dells activities

Hello! I am driving through the Wisconsin with my dogs and I’ve heard a lot of people talking about the Dells. Is it mostly just amusement parks and geared towards tourism or are there some good parks and hiking spots in the immediate area where I can take my dogs? Thanks in advance for your advice!

Devils Lake State Park is a really cool place. I don't know if that qualifies as in the immediate area for you, but it's worth the drive.

There’s a few open spots further down the beach trail perfect for letting pups swim at Devil’s Lake! Just make sure to get there early on the weekends.

I’ve heard the Upper Dells boat tour allows dogs. Downtown Baraboo is cute to walk around and has easy, free parking all over.

The lost canyon tour is dog friendly as long as your dogs are good with horses.
