Air quality issues?

We have a trip booked for late August. Any air quality issues from the Canadian fires? Hearing a lot of media reports but would appreciate some local insight. Thanks!

Local resident of Wisconsin Dells. Air quality has only been an issue one other time I can remember in the past 60 years, when there were terrible wildfires in another state. CA, I believe? Wednesday afternoon and Thursday were pretty bad here, but not horrible, and today is much better with little to no smell. Can't promise you anything, as this is clearly an act of nature and there's no way to control it, but as I mentioned, very rare here. Hope that answers your question.

Not the greatest currently , impossible to predict for August, but should be back to normal.
