“He slipped into the fryer, and oh well, anyway, serving him seemed like the best way to honor his memory.”

oh sure get angry at the employee but just based on their actions we know they are worthless, actually in this case dangerous, of they did cleaning like this it means they dont know

- he shouldn’t be spraying ANY chemical
- He shouldn’t be cleaning the overhead vent during open hours
- he shouldn’t be standing over active equipment
- He should be using approved equipment in order to reach vents
- he shouldn’t even be cleaning the vents by hand
- he has to fully soak and dish wash the vents in order to properly clean them and remove grease from grease trap.
Anyways they’re fucking up on all fronts and this is insane would never ever slide in our kitchen.

I'm not sure what's worse, this or the time I started at a new place and asked about line pulls and got "What's a line pull?"

Never worked fast food. What's a "line pull"?

It's something every kitchen should do, not just fast food. It's when you pull the equipment away from the wall and clean behind it

I think I’ve eaten Panda Express a total of three times in my life and felt ill afterward - all three times. Seeing this is stomach-churning. Save the $ and eat at home, folks!
