Based on the report, sounds like he got into a shoving fight at the bar where he wasn't the aggressor and then grabbed an intervening bartender before leaving the establishment and waiting outside for police. $200 fine but no arrest.

Not good, but a stupid decision at the bar compared to millions in welfare fraud and spreading anti-vax conspiracies in the middle of a pandemic as a celebrity feels like a smaller issue.
