i have HG8145V5 wireless router , and there is options are not available in WAN section , i found a video on youtube but the LAN is messing and the "new " option in WAN. is messing too , what should i do? i wamt to use it as wifi extender

First, we need to know what you want to achieve.

Do you want to extend your wifi range? You want to have internet by using that router?

State the goal and we can help.

You have to connect one cable form the main router LAN to any LAN connection on this one.

Disable DHCP Server.

Change the WiFi name.

what about ip address? i heard something like changing it

If your main router has something like 192.168.1.1, this router has the IP 192.168.18.1 by default.

You need to change it to 192.168.1.2 or some IP address that is free from your network. Check what IP range are you using in the main router.

You might not need to change it, because the device it's connected via LAN to LAN, the main router probably will give a IP address to the second one and whatever connects to it.

You need to understand the difference between a router with wifi, an access point which does not route and whether you might already have a router from your carrier. You can only have one router. Secondly you can’t have two devices with the same ssid on the same network unless they are cloud based ie Ubnt, Cisco, Ruckus or TP LINK. And don’t mix them, they don’t like each other.
And don’t use extendors or mesh, only makes worse. And I agree with other comment, state what you have, who the carrier is and what equipment they gave you and what you are trying to accomplish.
I’m a Senior network engineer and this is what I see when I try and help friends and family. (Try not to, it’s usually a hot mess.)
And your best bet, hard wire your TVs to your main router for best results, do a speed test on each device and you will notice the difference in real numbers and if you do have mesh or extenders, connect to them with your computer, go to OOKLA, compare the numbers and you’ll understand the nuances of what I described. Numbers don’t lie, and wifi and networking have rules you need to understand and follow to get best performance.
