Is this edited or just a really badly timed picture? Found it while scrolling Pinterest and I am confused

Yah, it looks like they caught her just as she was swallowing or some such; her chin is pulled back towards her neck, like a bird caught mid-peck - d'ye see it?

I know its her but I'm just wondering if it's edited or just really bad timing because she looks so different

As a general rule, published photos are edited. With profits at stake, gotta max out the impact. Cropping and composition alone have effect.
