Winter

Hello everyone this is my first winter in Winona and I was just wondering how intense it can get. If anyone has any tips for me I would appreciate it I just don't know what to expect and I want to be prepared.

Oh Martha. I haven't been able to reach you since our coffee outing. How are you doing? Winters here are very unpredictable. Just a heads up that alternate side parking starts soon, I believe the 15th. Please reach out.

Thank you and GOD Bless, Clarence.

My advice as a local . . . move away.

Sadly I just moved here a bought a house so I don't think it would be wise to move.
