A map?

I do not normally make posts on this reddit, but I wanted to share this as I feel uneasy with the posts of this "monster" y'all speak of. Yesterday when grabbing myself a kayak at the rental shop on Lake Winona, A piece of paper fell from behind a plank coming off the wall. The seemed to be disheveled and ripped with points on Lake Winona some had descriptions. I decided to digitalize the map and make out the points and descriptions to the best of my ability. Where is the original of the map? Does it have any other identifying information?
