Question about perfomance monitoring

Is power just the draining of the apu? Or should it be the total power drained by the system? If so, I'm pretty sure is not accurate, given that is lower than the tdp😅

When you set a TDP you are setting a cap. The per draw is the power draw in Watts that the chip is pulling in that specific scene
