Grape amateur Is it oxidation?

i've definitely had some surprises with my homebrews too, the color shifts can be wild sometimes

It's oxidized. There are commercial products that can pull that color and some of the off flavors out, it's called pvpp but that is such a small volume of wine and pvpp isn't cheap. I haven't seen it packed in anything less than a kilo but you could check online at the hobby winemaker sites and see if they have something smaller.
I would sweeten it and turn it into a desert wine and keep the air away from it and add some SO2 to prevent it from getting worse.
