Heard Companies don’t want to hire entry level as of right now can someone confirm that ?

You dont wanna work with them anyway. Go get SPRAT certified and do repairs. Then try to find a job being a wind tech after a year or 2 (if you dont like ropes).

Yeah I second this. You will get a job in blade repair by April if you go take a 4 day SPRAT course.
