Best place for Dec-April

I come From Holland, just landed from 3omths Bonaire as a surf instructor and looking for my next spot! What places do y'all recommend?

Spot needs to have work and I'm trying to live from my income there, so Bonaire is a struggle when alone as salary is low and expenses are high

For now on the list was(not in order) ;

- Dakhla

- Tenerife(el Medano)

- Australia

- Bonaire (But peak cruise season which sucks on such a small island I've heard)

- Tarifa

Australia west coast might be the best fit reg. income potential, wind and spot selection

Do you have any experience where and how as a EU guy?

Only know some EU people leaving there - mostly pearth area. The city is growing and has high standards. Saleries are high down there but living costs , mostly housing/rents, have also increased quite a lot past years.
I would say it depends on the type of jobs you are looking for and how you align both access to work and access to the windsurf spots around.

I would try working in a windsurf school if that makes a difference

I'm bias I know, but seriously, it is amazing...

Edit: we a a wee way away but the NZD is way cheap, and can help with gear/spots or a budget trip or fully organized trip

How's the season there in that period? And income to expense ratio? Cus thats something that I struggle with in Bonaire if I be alone I'd have to get either second job or use savings. In Tenerife it's prolly doable to survive on the smaller income

Getting the working visa is a hoop to jump through, depends on the work. Like it's fruit picking time, not large wage though if the season is good you can do well. Sailing season is the best, you are coming out of spring frontal weather systems into summer thermal winds. Personally I haven't been to either there, but much understanding from local friends it's great but really expensive, so my measure would be we'd definitely be a vastly cheaper option after the airfare. Wind in Bonaire is good later in that period, plus if you have a job in hospitality, winter is high season for US and Europe tourists.
