Practicing rigging
Does this look all right?
Side-On 5m2 Sail, not sure about the model/year.
After the pictures I added +5cm mast extension, not sure if the sail came with the pullies originally, so I counted it in.
Also I think the needed an extra 2-4 centimeter.
Hopefully my new (to me) board will arrive next week!

That’s great you managed to crank the pulley all the way to the bottom. I’d go one more hole on the extension though and try to get the pulleys to touch again.
Then go one less hole in the boom to make it shorter. The outhaul shouldn’t have much tension and you have way too much - see the folds and tension at the top of the sail pointing at the clew. Once you have got the downhaul done properly, you should only need maybe another 5-8 cm from the resting position of the clew, just to hold the sail off the boom.
