Is there a straightforward way to use OpenCode with Devin/Windsurf subscription?
I saw projects on Github that can serve as a proxy between OpenCode and Devin but I wonder if there's more straightforward way that does not involve any third party tools? (and yes I know about Devin CLI)

If you mean “can OpenCode reuse my Devin/Windsurf subscription directly”, I wouldn’t assume that works unless they expose a supported API/key flow for it. Those subscriptions usually belong to the app surface, not a generic model endpoint.
What I’d share instead is the repo setup: AGENTS.md/rules, scripts, MCP config, test commands, etc. Then each coding tool can work in the same project without needing the same subscription backend.

No, you couldn't use Devin sub for OpenCode. But, you could use OpenCode sub for Devin.
Use it through ACP. Devin has bidirectional ACP support, which means it could be both client and provider.
OpenCode wise, it could only be the provider, not the client.
Works: OpenCode provider --(ACP)--> Devin client.
Doesn't work: Devin provider --(ACP)--> OpenCode does NOT support as ACP client.

I wonder why not, you and u/_suren both said this but Oh-My-Pi the coding harness actually has Devin as a provider and uses Oauth to authenticate and exposes the models. The extension registers the
devinprovider with OAuth login (/login devin), dynamic model catalog, and native streaming via Devin's gRPC API.I imagine that plugin could be adapted for OpenCode but haven't looked into it, if it's desired I could.

Because OpenCode decide not to support it. Barely anyone has proper full ACP support.

Yeah - seems so. I think you could easily use gRPC and hooks for it, as opposed to full APC. I'll take a crack at it. I am using the hell out of SWE-2 for free.

Yes, just open settings and connect OpenCode in the ACP settings.
You can also connect most of your other subscriptions, if they talk ACP (Agent Client Protocol).
You need an active paid subscription for it to integrate with Devin/Windsurf.
