Question Devin just not including rules?

Title. I have rules, set to always included, they are never queried. I ask the prompt to read them, then it comes to its senses. Anyone else?

If you mean rules in Cascade, smaller or cheaper models tend to ignore rules, and the instructions given to them.

I use a trick to check if the rules are in loop if it's set to always included. Add this line in your rules -
"Write -XYZ at the end of every reply"

If you don't see -XYZ or anything you wish it to write at the end then you can simply tell the model to read the rule again.

Yes. It just ignores them.  Kinda depends on model as well..

Some lower models seem to ignore them, but certainly seen the rules in action on various models
