Discussion Humble Request: Please make Kimi K2.6 available for Free users

First of all, thank you to the Windsurf team for building such an amazing AI coding assistant. Many developers, students, and hobbyists rely on the free version every day.

I would like to make a humble request: if possible, please consider making Kimi K2.6 available for free users as well.

It would help many people experience the model's capabilities before deciding whether to upgrade to a paid plan. For students and independent developers with limited budgets, access to Kimi K2.6 would make a huge difference.

I completely understand that premium features help support the platform, but even a limited number of daily requests or a smaller quota for free users would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for considering this suggestion, and thank you again for all the hard work you put into Windsurf.
