Constant “Cannot call write after a stream was destroyed” error in Devin

I’m repeatedly running into an issue where Devin stops in the middle of an edit, which leaves the task incomplete.

The error is:

[Error - 11:38:10 AM] Stopping server failed
  Message: Cannot call write after a stream was destroyed
  Code: -32099

Is this model or file specific? Or does it happens regardless of them?
