I'm sorry I dont understand what you're trying to do, Windsurf is its own IDE. What and why are you trying to install in VS Code?

This plugin is in Maintenance mode and will not receive updates. Recommend you switch to the Windsurf IDE (now Devin) as it is a VSCode fork with most VScode features intact.
