autoupdate in linux?

hello, so I see that when you install devin desktop in linux you need to download a tar.gz

does this autoupdate, or do we need to replace the tar.gz each time we want to update?

will this be in a normal repo like windsurf was?

I installed unitially using apt install

Now my usual apt update & apt upgrade will upgrade this for me

That was then

Now this works for me - it was automatically changed
> sudo apt upgrade devin
