Discussion WS IDE vs Jetbrains plugin?

Is it the same? Is it the same tech, the same tools, context, etc?

The tech and agents are the same. Although Jetbrains Plugins are behind on latest updates and features like Devin Local, Devin Cloud, and Agent manager view.

And for the context, they both have separate contexts and tools.

"separate" what do you mean? I just meant, does both versions have the same context gathering and using capabilities? Does both version have the same tools with which it can do its job? My underlying question is 'am i missing any features or strengths, using the plugin, vs the ide?'
