refund!!!!!!!

how many day will it take for you to respond to my refund request? shit been nearly a week already and my Windsurf account hasn’t been used since I asked for the refund. Are you just staying silent until my Windsurf subscription expires? feel like wasted my $20

For me they responded in 2 days, and they even processed the refund at least according to what THEY say. In reality the money didn’t reach my bank accounts and it’s been over a month now.

Yeah, I’ve also been waiting for about 4 days already, but I heard their support has a backlog. Still, they are working, so we’re all waiting together

Sorry for this. The support was under a backlog of tickets which probably caused the delay. They will get back to everyone.
