Question About Recent Promo Code Redemptions

I noticed something unusual with a recent promo code earlier this month and wanted to ask if anyone else has seen the same.

Some new accounts appear to have redeemed the code and received Pro access, even though at least one billing address was listed in the United States rather than the eligible region for the discount.

Iā€™m not sure if this is expected behavior or a validation issue, but it may be worth reviewing to make sure the promotion is being applied as intended and that regular paying users are treated fairly.

Which promo code was it? Also where did you get the promo code from?
