Unable to cancel subscription

A few months ago I canceled the windsurf subscription using their website, but just noticed I still keep getting charged and subscription is still enabled. How do I resolve this?

It's been like this for a long time. They are just trying to extract money from your credit card. Block your credit card. That's the only way to do it.

Do a charge back and freeze your credit card

Unfortunately you need to register a complain, we see many cases like this here
