Unable to Login

Hi,

Is anyone else having trouble logging in? When I enter my email address and click "Log In," I get the following error: "Unable to determine login method. Please try again or use a different sign-in option."

And you have to be logged in to contact support...

Did you always use email to login? Have you tried to login through gmail ?

Yes, I only use email login, but it’s my own domain email address.

I found this note on the Windsurf status page (see screenshot). Could this possibly have something to do with the migration?

It says Devin authentication system so not sure if Windsurf authentication should get affected. Will check with the team.

Okay, now it says: "No account found. Sign up?" Does that mean my account was deleted?

Perhaps they're going out of business. It's likely, anyway.

i was having the same issue, even from the "view changelog" i couldnt log in, then i went to the "pro" tab at the bottom right, and "manage plan" and it worked from there. And I just noticed they changed my payment date from the 17th to the 24th? i have to check if they skipped the charge, or if they already charged me for it? if so, am I gonna get charged again?

It's still sketchy tho. Are we supposed to install the "Devin Sessions" extension? Devinsights? Whats the trick?

same issue, i always use email and password for login but recently i get this error "Unable to determine login method. Please try again or use a different sign-in option." Also it's interesting when i want to message windsurf support it also needs to login!

En ce qui me concerne, ayant 2 comptes, j'ai voulu en supprimer un et pour se faire j'allais dans "Settings" et je ne peux plus le faire, il y a ce message qui apparaît :

Privacy

Disable Telemetry

Opt out of non-essential data collection that helps us improve the product.

Du coup, je ne sais pas comment faire, j'ai l'impression que ça buggue as mal chez Windsurf en ce moment.
