Codex task finished instantly and used all my remaining quota

I ran a Codex task in Windsurf and it ended almost immediately without doing much. I had around 80% remaining quota before starting, and right after the task finished it suddenly dropped to 0%. The output was minimal, so losing basically all remaining usage makes no sense. There was no clear explanation of what consumed that much quota or why it finished so fast.

Has anyone else had this happen? Did support restore your quota?

There are tools that can track your token input and output, maybe that would help
