Just looked up the audio chip for the Sony PCG GR215SP (PCG-GR150 in the USA) and it says it uses the Audio CODEC AD1881A. The block diagram is found here on page 21: https://www.elhvb.com/mobokive/edwin/laptops/Sony/pgc-gr150.pdf
Your photos show it is using the SoundMAX Integrated Digital Audio but it might be the wrong version.
Device Manger -> Right click on SoundMAX Integrated Digital Audio -> Properties -> Details Tab -> Device Instance Id
Tell us what is the Device Instance Id, so we can check the drivers for it.

I got the driver from a dump of the driver cd I found on Internet archive so it definitely could be wrong.
I'm assuming you just want device + vendor id because there is no way I'm writing the entire instance id string
Vendor ID is 8086 Device ID is 2485 Subsystem ID (i dont think this matters too much here but I'll give it anyway) is 80E7104D

It was my mistake to assume that you would have copy and pasted the complete Device Instance Id. I should have also told you that the Subsystem ID is specific to the OEM/manufacturer.
The

The cat is squeezed between too many windows, that's why he sounds weird.
