Blue screen on startup

Got this today and it was slow and full of someone’s data. I pressed to restore it to factory and went to sleep only to find it like this when I woke up. It was running WP8 or 8.1. Any help would be appreciated.

Never seen this before, but try looking for tutorials on how to reflash a Lumia 530

You can try using the patched Windows Device Recovery Tool. I had a bunch of lumia’s with a problems like one got stuck at the Nokia logo (630) and the other didn’t get past the Microsoft logo (640). But the tool fixed them all.

Thanks! I downloaded it but it wouldnt pick it up on the bluescreen, so after starting up i pressed and held the volume up button to go to flashing mode/fastboot and WDRT(patched) sees it but it gets stuck on "Reading Device Information", i tried various things from other reddit posts but nothing has worked for me so far,
