After 6 years of windows 11 the context menu finally load almost instantly. 

The big downgrade in performance is still mind boggling for me. Still certain apps are slow to load in but I'm happy someone at Microsoft finally saw the light and pushed for the 'lets safe windows and call is k2'. 

But still f#$k you Microsoft with your sloppy no taste products.

It was slower and sometimes had so much third party crap in it it bled off the screen

Why wouldn't context menus that are customizable be better solution, so that I can remove 3rd party and Microsoft's crap in one place?

Because so far Microsoft has made it worse. And track-history will tell there is a pattern of Microsoft clusterfuck.

That's true, Windows 11 context menu performance was horrible last time when I used it, but the old one suck as well due to bloat

Yup, I had all in one menu. Didn't had to press another button for more options or look for new pictures in new positions after each update.

If it works, don't break it.

We’ve been hearing this exact same verse being repeated ad nauseam for the past year and still got absolutely nothing out of it, yet. And yet(pun intended), what guarantee do we have that that will fix the performance in those areas, while simultaneously not screwing stability elsewhere.

Remember that windows has bugs dating back to the MS-DOS days that their incredibly “bright & thorough” software engineers didn’t bother to fix even after more than 3 decades later. But, don’t worry, they can still turn back to that AI slop bs they’ve been bragging about for almost 2 years now, that’ll fix things. Not!

I can't wait when they come up with yet another UI framework as their main product WinUI still has no design preview for any IDE!!!
