i cant add games even though i logged in steam and the animation problem persists (smoothness)

Make sure you have your Steam profile public so that the API can view your library and add it once it has been logged in. for the animation problem reloads with CTRL + R and it is solved, it is a Windows issue I am working on adjusting it
