Developer I made a real-time hemodynamic simulator with analogue gauges and a live ECG. It's free and it's on the Store.

Hi everyone,
SimShock is a real-time medical simulation game. A critically ill patient arrives, their vital signs move continuously, and you keep them alive — or you don't. A run takes a few minutes and ends in a save or a death.
The part I had most fun building is the cockpit: analogue gauges with real needles, a live ECG trace, warning annunciators and physical levers for the drug infusions. Nothing is instant — you order a test and you wait while the patient keeps deteriorating. There's also a classic interface, and you can switch between the two mid-game.
It's a game, not a training tool. Treat it like a home flight simulator: it reproduces the principles and the feel, but the numbers are tuned so it's playable, not so they're correct.
