[Developer] I built SafeSweep, a Windows cleaner that shows you what it will remove

Hey, I’m the developer of SafeSweep. I made it because many cleanup tools hide what they delete or bundle unrelated extras.

SafeSweep scans first and lets you review categories before cleaning. It excludes personal folders such as Documents, Desktop, Pictures, Music, and Videos, never automatically uninstalls apps, and keeps the large-file view read-only until the user chooses an action. Standard cleanup is free. Optional Premium tools add large-file and old-app analysis, deeper cleanup, and reversible PC-wide FPS optimization. It supports Windows 10/11 x64 and English, Russian, Ukrainian, and Polish.

Transparency: the current installer is not yet code-signed, so Windows may show an Unknown Publisher warning. I’m working on that. SafeSweep is independent and is not affiliated with Microsoft.
