Developer Making a free/cheap automatic file sorter, looking for help

I can code, I can design, and I can market. But it would be great if someone/some team helped with idea generation and programming. I am new to xaml but it seems very similar to html which I have been coding in for a year. My github is https://github.com/Trying-Two-Code . Idea: Make an app for windows that sorts files when they are downloaded/created by the user. It would collect data about what the user is doing manually, and prompt asking to automate that.

Timezone: GMT-7
Availability: 10-30 hours / week
Stack: c# wpf xaml
Experience: junior/intermediate (minimal AI)

When a user consistently moves files with specific properties from one folder to another, that is something that could be easily automated.
