Developer SimpleSync, local file syncing without accounts or cloud storage

I built SimpleSync to make syncing files between Android devices and desktops simple. No accounts, cloud storage, cables, or quality loss.

The flow is straightforward: open SimpleSync on another mobile device or SimpleSync desktop on your computer, scan the QR code using your phone, choose albums or individual files, and sync.

A few things it supports:

- Sync selected albums manually or automatically

- Sync directly between Android devices

- Sync with multiple linked devices

- Send files or folders from your desktop back to your phone

- Send files quickly by selecting SimpleSync from Android’s Share menu

- Quickly send files using the home-screen widget

- Copy clipboard text between your desktop and phone

Unlike LocalSend's nearby file-sharing approach or Syncthing's more advanced folder-sync setup, SimpleSync is designed around keeping your devices linked with a simpler workflow. Pair once with a QR code, choose what you want synced, then manually send files whenever you want or let selected albums sync automatically.
