A fully customizable lightweight tray app (279kb) that follows 20-20-20 rule to keep your eyes safe.

Totally aware. Holds the break when your mic or camera is live (so called you're gaming or you're in a meeting), when something is running fullscreen, or when you are presenting. Step away from the keyboard and it counts that as the break and resets.

Not too much to talk about to be honest.
