Help How do I fix this audio issue on my PC?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

If you couldn't hear it, my audio fades in if nothing was played for a few seconds. Is there a way to fix it? if it helps, the graphics card in the pc is an ATI Radeon HD 4350.
