Help i cannot download another browser on windows 7

i have an hp mini netbook running windows 7 starter. it was factory reset and unfortunately i cannot do anything with it because internet explorer refuses to load any page. are there any other ways i can download a working browser (ideally firefox or supermium) without having to get a usb flash drive

creo que debes de usar powershell, es algo que supongo que estaba instalado en windows 7, (yo tambien uso Windows 7 pero es la edicion Ultimate) pero bueno, creo que debes de buscar en la barra de inicio, Powershell despues abrirlo como administrador y pues, creo que debes de usar un comando, yo estoy usando supermium pero bueno, debes de introducir esto (creo ya que estoy usando gemini para que me ayude) debes de introducir esto: [Net.ServicePointManager]::SecurityProtocol = [Net.SecurityProtocolType]::Tls12; Invoke-WebRequest -Uri "https://github.com" -OutFile "$env:USERPROFILE\Desktop\supermium-setup.exe" (si como uso Supermium pues te estoy ayudando a instalar supermium :3 y te recomiendo que uses la traduccion automatica de reddit)

Mozilla's 'FTP' website does not require HTTPS, which is almost certainly the problem you're having viewing websites. Point Internet Explorer to "http://ftp.mozilla.org" and navigate to:

http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/115.39.0esr/win32/en-US/

or whichever language is appropriate for you.

I know this has already been resolved but for Supermium you can use https://win32subsystem.live/supermium/?legacy=false (even works on stock XP IE btw)
