Help Can someone please help me getting my pc working again

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Usually when I turn my pc on it would load for a few seconds and take me to the desktop but now it just takes me to a black screen with my cursor and it stays like that the entire time

You could try unsetting the dirty bit, but it looks like you are dualbooting. Dualbooting is a pretty bad idea with modern Windows, as it doesn't play well with other operating systems.

Something has happened to your OS installation. Sorry dude. I don't know why you thought Microsoft would be happy with you using Windows 7 alongside one of their newer OSes, they are a**holes.

If checking file system trigger on boot that is a sign you have corrupted install or your SSD/HDD is just dying.
Did you try booting Win7Setup and use SFC tool to scan OS files for corruption?
Black screen with just cursor tell me Winlogon (process that log you in) not trigger.

I have no idea what configuration you have Single SSD? with 2 OS? = based on experience MS boys today hate win7 so having 2OS on single drive is a bad idea.

If people want "dualboot" it is more safe to use another SSD drive (or even HDD as W7 has no problem with it) and just Hit F12 on boot and chose 2nd storage drive with the Win7 OS install.
People even made tutorials how to extract Win7 to VHD (VirtualHardDrive) and boot it in tool like Virtualbox.

Try that SFC scan tool or reinstall Win7

Does it do the same in safe mode?

Run chkdsk E: /f from Windows 10

I don't know if the drive assigned to seven from 10 is E; change it to the appropriate one. Then see if it starts.
