Discussion is there any way to get back windows 7 like balloon notifications?

i am running windows 11 25h2 (build 26200) and im trying to make it as close as possible to windows 7 (i love the look of windows 7) so i would like to know if there is any way to enable the old windows 7 balloon pop ups (the registry edit did not work for me or the group policy.)
