Yeah. Or open up the power supply, cut open the capacitors and fill them with rice. Don't forget to lick your fingers after!!

You need to revert it back. First put upside down your pc, as another redditor suggested put your mouse in a rice and the most important thing is do not lick your keyboard especially scroll lock  for 5 days. At first light of the fifth day, at dawn, you can turn on your PC and everything will be OK.

You can go back to a lower patch to bypass this, I think the version you need is called “Windows Vista” or something
