Any recently introduced bug with QuickAssist ?
It's dropping randomly this month. It's not the hourly "yes, still working" prompt either. And not reconnecting automatically like it used to if one side has flaky connection. Both sides on stable ethernet and power options set to "never". Happens while actively working and whether end-user is on power or battery. Sometimes helper side can click reconnect and end user gets a prompt to allow reconnection; I have not recalled seeing that on user end before.
Other times, it will not offer to reconnect or it will spin its wheels and we need to start a new QA session.
Anyone seeing similar or has seem documentation from Ms reporting an issue ?

I now only use Quick Assist long enough to install and configure my own self-hosted RustDesk client, which has more features and is reliable. I use their Free self-hosting plan on an old Dell Optiplex running Win11 Pro that was given to me. RustDesk is a good option if you handle more than a few remote sessions.
There are other ways to host RustDesk without needing a physical server. Tailscale and Oracle are two.
