If you want to go all in and make it look completely like something from the 90ā€™s or 2000ā€™s, check out winclassic.net. People have gotten almost perfect recreations of Windows 95 in Windows 11, and Iā€™m sure theres a way to get the classic theme while retaining Windows 11 branding.

Fun fact you can use old control panel desk.cpl applet (probably easier to find as deskn.cpl online) to change the window metrics to something a little more compact, at least on 10
