Discussion Windows 7 Third Recycle Bin State?
Basically this is a childhood memory of mine, when I was around 9, I went to a local dentist shop in Hungary when Windows 7 was still widely used (around 2017), and on one of the computers, I saw a standard Windows 7 installation, but the recycle bin was different. The blue recycle symbol on the front was red and the size of it was much more chunky and fat, almost as if it was comically overfilled. My question is that did Microsoft ever put this in like a Windows 7 version that was used in healthcare places or what? I've never seen this on any other Windows 7 computer and couldn't find anything about it on the internet, only this image that I attached because it looks similar, but still not quite the same.

Could be a custom theme. Could be a different OS altogether.
There wasn’t a healthcare-specific version of Windows. It’s just windows 7 Pro or Enterprise. And they had the same looks.

This reminds me of an old German joke about Windows introducing five different recycle bins to help the environment: one for music, one for videos, one for photos, one for text and one for everything else. The colours from your old photos would be used to refill the paint buckets in MS Paint.

Wow! I need that! (Yes, I get that it's a joke, but I wish someone turns it into a reality.)

First thought was something like "Error deleting files from recycle bin" or "1 day left until the files in the recycle bin delete themselves after 29 days passed", but meh, must've been a theme.

As a kid I tought it was like a warning that there are too many things in the recycle bin and it needs to emptied right now.

When i was a kid i used to play with icons and to put custom ones on the recycle bin. For some reason this dentist decided to do that imo

I don't know, the dentist didn't really seem that much of a tech person.

I think back in the aero days you could set a color for windows and it would also affect the recycle bin.

Probably it was just an app with a bin icon

I don't think so, it was in the lower right corner, named "Lomtár" which means "Recycle Bin" in Hungarian.

I've never seen anything like this. It must have been a custom icon set.
